Northwest Window Cleaning LLC – Terms of Service

Company: Northwest Window Cleaning LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
By scheduling a service, receiving a quote, submitting a booking request, or allowing Northwest Window Cleaning LLC to perform work on your property, you (“Customer,” “Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms below.
1. Services
We provide exterior and interior window cleaning, screen cleaning, track cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services. Service offerings may change without notice.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
Prices may change if the scope of work differs from what was described, if windows are excessively dirty, damaged, obstructed, or if additional work is required.
Customer will be notified prior to any price adjustments.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled on availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Access & Property Requirements
Customer agrees to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Secure pets and ensure occupants are aware of service appointment.
Remove screens, furniture, or obstructions unless otherwise agreed.
If ladders, roof work, or special access is required, it must be disclosed beforehand.
5. Weather Policy
For safety and quality reasons, we may delay or reschedule services due to:
Heavy rain
High wind
Lightning or storms
Extreme heat or unsafe environmental conditions
Light rain does not typically affect window cleaning results, and services may still be performed unless unsafe.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods.
Unpaid balances may incur late fees and collection actions.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with service quality:
You must notify us within 48 hours.
We will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional cost.
No refunds are issued after corrective work is offered.
Failure to report issues within 48 hours voids guarantee, as environmental and handling factors may occur beyond that time.
8. Damage & Liability
Northwest Window Cleaning LLC takes great care while working, however we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Oxidized frames
Broken seals
Loose/fragile glass
Defective construction
Aging fixtures
Water intrusion caused by pre-existing gaps or structural issues
Screens, glass, frames, tracks, and fixtures naturally wear over time. Customer agrees Northwest Window Cleaning LLC is not liable for failures due to existing weakness, age, or poor prior installation.
Customer must notify us of:
Known cracks or damage
Specialty/fragile glass
Post-tension or structural sensitivity
9. Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
Conditions are unsafe
There are hazards
Customer behavior is aggressive or inappropriate
Safety of our team and your property is priority.
10. Photos & Documentation
We may take before/after photos for quality, proof of service, and marketing. No personal or private areas will be photographed. If you wish to opt out, notify us before service.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
All services are provided “as-is.” We make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated.
12. Indemnification
Customer agrees to hold Northwest Window Cleaning LLC harmless from liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Customer negligence
Unsafe property conditions
Failure to disclose damages
Interference with services
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute shall be handled in Maricopa County jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement.
